Explore a cave, play with a giant robot and more family fun, Feb. 9-11

This is one of those jam-packed weekends for family fun in Austin. You’ll find special events at museums, plus many shows on local stages.

For your outdoor event planning purposes: It’s going to be a beautiful Friday and Saturday. Expect rain and cold on Sunday.

Here are more than 20 events for the family happening this weekend:

The Colossal Robotic Hand exhibit opens at the Hill Country Science Mill on Saturday.

  6. “The Adventures of Enoughie (Las Aventuras de Enoughie).” This bilingual puppet show features lessons about kindness and is a collaboration between Zach Theatre, Teatro Vivo, Glass Half Full Theatre and the Kindness Campaign. 11 a.m. Saturday, 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, through Feb. 25.
