Calling itself the Tesla of baby monitors, Nanit has released a new baby monitor that learns how your baby moves and tells you if she is awake, fussying or sleeping.
It gives you a sleep score for your baby each night as well as gives you a highlight reel of the night before.
The Nanit sells for $279 at www.nanit.com. There’s also a $50 annual fee if you want access to a month’s worth of your child’s analytics and $180 if you want of your child’s analytics.
Would this help you as a new parent or would it give you more to worry about?
Don’t most parents know how their babies are sleeping? Mine were never shy about letting me know if they weren’t asleep — or at least that’s what I thought. Maybe I never knew that they were partying all night. Maybe I did need the Nanit.
See, just the thought of tracking one more thing brings up anxiety.
Is this something you would use?
