Z Yang from American Girl.
American Girl is launching its newest doll, a Korean American doll, on Thursday. Z Yang (Z is short for Suzie) comes from Seattle and is the star of the company’s web show “Z’s Crew”.

There will be events at American Girl stores around the country April 28-30. There’s a store in Dallas and Houston, but none in Austin. Hint: Domain, get on that.
The Dallas store is also having a meetup with fans on May 6.
Z is part of American Girl’s contemporary line that is supposed to represent the diversity of American girls. American Girl dolls are usually about $115 a doll.
