It’s the day after Easter and we know that the Easter bunny was probably good to your house. You’re probably up to your ears in eggs — both hard boiled and plastic.
What to do with those hard-boiled eggs:

But if you’re looking for something more unusual Addie, gives us this recipe for Thai-Spiced Scotch Eggs or Mary Hodge’s cornbread made with hardboiled eggs.
You can also add them to Ramen or make Mason Jar Salad with eggs on top.
But if you’re all egged out, hand them out to the homeless you see as the Egg Lady does. It’s a good source of healthy protein.
Now about this plastic eggs:
- Recycle them for next year.
- See if your child’s teacher would like them for a treasure chest.
- Us them to store odds and ends like buttons or safety pins, things that easily get lost or spill out all over the place.
- Turn them into craft projects. We looked on Pinterest and found ideas for making caterpillars, birds and a whole zoo of animals; counting games, matching games and blocks; a ton of wreaths; paint stamps; night lights and more.
