The ecommerce site Zulily.com surveyed 1,000 women in April and looked at sales purchasing trends to figure out that the cost of raising a child through age 18 is $13,630 per year. Feeling poor, now.
They also have a few fun stats from their survey, below. But one thing that was no shock to me was what moms really wanted for Mother’s Day: 45 percent said they want a day off. So, take note, dads and kids.
