Pollyanna Theatre Company kicks off showings of “Sarah the Dinosaur” this weekend. I have two sets of four tickets to give away for the 11:30 a.m. Monday showing at the Long Center. Interested in attending? Email me at nvillalpando@statesman.com with your name and phone number and “Sarah the Dinosaur” in the subject line. I’ll draw two names at noon on Friday.
Sarah is a young girl that is tired of no one listening to her. She decides to become a dinosaur and roar and stomp to get attention. I think we can guess how that might not be the best solution.
The show screens for preschools and camps during the next two weeks, with public shows 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Saturday and July 18 and 2 p.m. Sunday and July 19. Tickets are $11-$15.50. It’s at the Long Center’s Rollings Studio Theatre, 701 W. Riverside Drive.
